Shady Rest Liquor Store & Suite Renovation

This complete, top to bottom renovation of a dated liquor store with living space above included removing the entire roof structure and top floor living space. BWQC was able to make maximum use of the area on the second floor and transform it into a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a full wall of built in wardrobe cabinets, concealed laundry storage, and an impressive kitchen for a small space. The liquor store was brought up to code, and thoughtfully refinished. We also added intricate architectural retaining walls increasing the parking space and adding an illuminated concrete staircase to the upper suite.
