gulf island waterfront renovation

A complete gut and redesign of a 1970’s oceanfront cabin on the beautiful Gulf Islands. The upper-floor was completely transformed to take advantage of the stunning view of the Georgia Straight, the City of Vancouver, and Mt. Baker! We added a new kitchen and spacious bathroom with stacked laundry. Downstairs was transformed from a dark, unused basement into two ocean-view bedrooms, a powder room, and storage area. The exterior was redone with new windows and doors, building envelope, hardi-plank siding, and cedar trim from the local mill on the Island.
