All the windows and doors have been installed and the building is completely wrapped on the threeplex. While progress is continuing on the roof of the fourplex. We are all hoping that the sunny weather continues for the rest of the week.
with back framing nearing completion in one building with only some stairs left to finish and the second story exteriors are almost complete on our fourplex this site is starting to look really good.
the roof is shingled and 20 windows of all shapes sizes were installed a couple days ago. The decks are shimmed and awaiting some nice weather so they can be sheeted and covered.
A few small tasks to finish up and then this house will be ready for sub-trades
Good progress is being made at our multi family project in Nanaimo. These Linley Valley town homes are going up fast with this mild weather!
Some light snow didn’t stop us from spreading trusses in “The Ridge” this week
Small timber frame canopy roofs with exposed tongue and groove soffit to dress up these entry ways on a 15 unit apartment in Courtenay. Happy to be called in for the specialty portions of this build! Some nice work done by our crew, and more happy clients!
Excited to start another custom home up on “the ridge” here in Nanaimo. This large contemporary two story home is bound to get some attention with its intricate design. Another great home to come for another repeat client!
